Appartenne fino alla Rivoluzione francese ai monaci di Saint Denis de Nuits che allora dipendevano dalla diocesi di Autun.<\/p>\n<p>Tutte le vigne hanno un\u2019elevata et\u00e0 media e le pratiche, ispirate alla biodinamica, permettono ad ogni <em>terroir<\/em> di esprimere caratteristiche uniche ed insuperabili.<\/p>\n<p>La vinificazione \u00e8 molto semplice, le temperature di fermentazione non sono mai alterate.
